Pricing and Terms
Prices for SPT ports in the USA, Australia, Canada, and Europe are determined according to the Incoterms 2020 regulations.
Customers will be notified by post or email if prices change for any reason. In general, all prices remain valid for one year.
Any new or updated pricing, including additional transport costs when a container is fully loaded, will also be communicated by post or email. Prices are quoted per full container.
For fine art tiles, an additional €20 per m² applies for the film or glue.
A full 20 ft container consists of 10 pallets with 65 boxes.
A private label can be produced with an additional 3% surcharge.
For customers placing regular orders, a discount may be granted after one year.
The estimated production time for a 20 ft container is 10 days, except during the rainy season.
Please note that minor variations in size and color may occur due to the natural properties of fired clay. Production time may also vary between winter and summer, as weather conditions significantly affect the tile-making process.
Slight imperfections are a natural part of handcrafted artisanal products.

Samples are provided free of charge; the recipient only pays for international courier costs.
All official documents and licenses issued by the Moroccan government can be provided upon request.
Showrooms may be used as part of marketing initiatives.
Payment Terms
Payments are made by T/T (bank transfer):
50% before production
50% upon the loading date
Payment terms may become more flexible with consistent orders.
For large or special projects, preferential conditions can be arranged.
Prices included in our quotations are valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated in writing.
We reserve the right to correct any misprints or errors.
Intellectual Property
Morocco Zellige holds all copyrights for the patterns and models reproduced for both domestic and international markets.
Third parties may use our designs, but prior written notice via email is required.
Orders and Cancellations
Placing an order implies full understanding and acceptance of our terms and conditions.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 72 hours (3 days) after the purchase order is submitted, by email only.
Since our products are custom-made, we cannot offer refunds once the reflection period has passed.
